You have the flexibility to make changes up until your order enters production. The time frame before production begins can vary from 2 to 12 hours, depending on our current production schedule and capacity.

Once your order has been placed into production, you will no longer be able to cancel it. However, in certain cases, you may still be eligible for a replacement or adjustment.
